"Only complaint is that we could hear every time the people above us moved, talked, ran water, etc. They weren’t being loud, it’s just that the sound carried through the building."

"This hotel was everything we were looking for. Let’s start with an amazing location for visiting moraine and lake Louise. Absolutely perfect. The hotel provides an excellent shuttle service which is on time and very convenient. Room was well appointed and had everything we need. One small gripe was that there was an annoying tapping sound from the pipes I think but after long days we got over it. Well equipped kitchen and restaurants did take outs which suited us. Overall an exceptional stay with super helpful staff. Highly recommend "
