“I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep. The cleanliness was especially concerning. “Well where do I begin, the kitchen was not equipped to cook meals. We had to purchase pots and pans to allow us to cook meals. There were no plates, very little silverware and overall, The place was dirty. The bedroom next to laundry had a broken bed. There was only about 5 gallons worth of hot water. The trash was not picked up and we were there a week. There was only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for a weeklong stay. There were no trash bags except the one in the can. There were no……

“The USB charger ports in the room didn't work, it was obvious that one of them was damaged. I ended up having to charge some items in my truck. The A/C system was noisy enough to wake you up when it came on in the night. The toilet seat was loose, and about ready to cause you to fall off. I fixed that! The cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. The tub was very slick, especially if you used their 3-in-one shower product. The tub had the safety handle removed, and called off……
