I want to start off by saying that the staff at the RIU were very pleasant and always friendly. I am disappointed with the food. I was told that RIU would cater to my vegan diet... they did not. I spent the week eating dry veggies, some fruit and French fries. They did make me a veggie sandwich once, but loaded it with red onion (which was not a listed ingredient on the menu item), and it was awful. It tasted like a soggy onion bread sandwich. The toilet would clog daily. The worst was the pool bar. While sitting at the bar, I noticed vomit floating by... we told a staff member, and they said "Oh just move over there...." we never got out of a pool so fast. Twenty min later, we walked by and the vomit was still swirling around. We warned other guests who were glad since they hadn't noticed it and it was heading towards them. Absolutely disgusting.

By far this is one of the Best Beaches for those that want to relax and have Fun while getting a great Tan. Staff is excellent and thoughtful. House calls once and a while to see if you need anything. Front Desk always picked up the phone.Della, Nathan and Tachushoshanna. (Tee) Was the Best. Ocean Front or view is the Best for Price. Our room1206 in the Brown Building was on the Beach! Exactly what we paid for. We Love this place! The Dolphin Experience at Sanctuary Bay. Put on your Bucket list ASAP!
