“Great stay, friendly staff, in the centre of the city”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“The hotel was okay overall, but the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The staff was extremely slow, and we constantly had to look for someone just to get coffee. Service during breakfast definitely needs improvement. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient, but the breakfast experience took away from stay.”

“Great staff, The front desk staff and management were very nice. Bar staff and restaurant employees remembered us daily and made sure our stay was top notch. Housekeeping did an excellent job assuring we had clean towels, pool towels and all toiletries were stocked daily. Not a newer property but the staff was top notch!”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“Great brealkfast menu. By the beach in walking distance and close to the airport. Extra fees for parking and daily housekeeping along with a required deposit. Check with hotel before booking. My room was nice and clean, lacking some amenities, probably had to ask front desk for them. Location though is great.”

“Bad area to stay the night as a tourist it is not close to any of the resorts or tourist attractions I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night the whole week I was there I had to buy a hotel room close to the beach”

“The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. ”

“We enjoy Goldwynn for its boutique feel and size. It is quiet and peaceful. It is very walkable and only 6 levels. We much prefer this size hotel & grounds, rather than the massive resorts like BahaMar and Atlantis. The beach chaise lounges (with padded cushions & thirsty towels) are properly spaced so that you are not sitting too close to other vacationers & have room to move your chairs in keeping with the shade provided by the umbrellas. The restaurant is okay, with room for improvement.……

“Property is amazing, rooms are nice staff is absolute awful there no help, rude. When problems occurred I was basically told I’m on my own or don’t know-cant think of any solution. Every food place is charged like a 5 star dine restaurant with McDonald’s quality service”
