“We didn’t have enough towels or linens in our room so we needed to call to receive them. They were helpful and fast to get us what we needed. Nice pet friendly venue. Didn’t clarify the $7 per night parking fee when we checked in which was surprising to see for a hotel in Morgantown. Good room size, and kitchen was stocked with necessary items. Liked the full fridge. Couldn’t locate an ice machine on our floor - not clearly marked.”

“Oven was broken so hot breakfast items limited, making it difficult for us as we eat a high protein diet. No microwave for instant oatmeal. Breakfast area very cramped with little space to sit. Treadmill was broken. Fitness room difficult to access and you have to enter pool area to access it which makes it difficult to enter even though it’s supposed to be available 24/7. Our bathroom toilet was unflushed upon entry into room.”

“The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.”
