"Hotel very dated with nothing close by. Sitting out back to enjoy the pool felt very unsafe. Would not recommend. "

"The property is conveniently situated near the airport and cruise terminal. The hotel has a transportation company they recommend and is present in the covered entrance on your cruise day. The fee is extremely reasonable and they are very organized. We left the hotel and 20 minutes later we were in line at our cruise. Don’t use a expensive private chauffeur service, it’s a waste of money."

"When we arrived, the lobby was packed with over 100 people waiting to check in. Apparently this hotel is a regular stop for cruise lines to host a short day for their guests. The lobby is very LOUD It makes it difficult to sit next to and chat with anyone. Everything happens in the lobby. The food restaurant and the bar are in the same area along with a small café kiosk. Option for eats is extremely limited. There is a pool on the second floor that maybe seats 25 people. But no one told us about it until the end of our stay. The layout of the hotel is extremely confusing. We thought time on the beach would save this trip, however, the condition of their private beach was extremely poor and poorly taken care of. Cigarette butts,debris and just general unhealthy sand to walk on was everywhere. The staff seemed extremely laxed in their care attention to the building. The cleaning staff had more fun smoking pot in our hallway than they did taking care of their guests. This included the staff that delivered food to the room at 8 PM last night. He was so stoned he gave us the wrong bill and then insisted that it didn’t matter just sign it and give him his tip. Our room was clean, and our view of the marina was very nice. I will give kudos to the incredible valet leader who was amazing and helping us navigate around being we weren’t going to stay and hang out here, which was our original plan. The lady at the breakfast kiosk was extremely kind and all by herself trying "

"Actually, our hotel was not located on the beach "

"We did not have a beach view from our room but the beach was easy to access. The beach also had chairs and umbrellas for anyone to use on a first come, first serve basis. Breakfast is only hot on the weekends but it was certainly above average. Our room was small but still fine for us. An iron and ironing board can be obtained downstairs. My biggest recommendation is to better staff the front desk. They leave by 5pm or so each day and can be difficult to find. Also valent parking is required and is $30/day. "

"Our room barely had a beach view and it had a very large jacuzzi tub which easily could have fit another queen or king bed instead. "

"This property is more for travelers going on cruises at the nearby port. We had to move to another room as they gave us an adjoining room & the people in other room were extremely noisy. The room we moved to had a sewage smell in the bathroom. The water was a brown color. I read that Ft. Lauderdale is changing their water system & the water is safe to drink. The breakfast was good & the front desk staff was nice. The pool was nice & the rooms were clean but need some TLC."
