“The hotel in Tenerife was great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch, with really good quality. The only downside was that you could hear a club nearby at night, and sometimes there were fights or disturbances right outside the hotel around 4 a.m. Also, smoking was allowed on the balconies, which meant that if you slept with the window open, the smoke often came into the room. Still, it was a lovely stay, as long as you keep those points in mind.”

“This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street. The breakfast offering is quite amazing. And the room has modern appointments that were really nice such as motion detected nightlights in the bathroom and l e d's that could be set for different light levels. It's true that……

“Amazing breakfast and dinner. Spotless! You can feel the hotel had its splendid times in the past with all good quality finishings of the room and jetted bath. The resort has many things for a family holiday including tennis court, small but good gym, kids club, big pool for families and all the entertainments for kids as well. I have to say it’s my first time seeing staff cleaning a plant leaf by leaf! The furnitures are old but they are spotless! The staff love their job and they do a good……

“Whole hotel was clean and well maintained. Pool bar staff were very friendly. Reception staff made check in difficult. Was told car park was full and to move car elsewhere only to then be able to pay for parking at the hotel when complained. Mattress far too hard gave me neck pain. Food in restaurant mixed. Sometimes ok sometimes bad but never great. ”

“The only issue i had was that there was no milk in the rooms for the tea or coffee. And unless you ask tea and coffee was not replaced. I dont think this is a major problem to be honesy, it was a lovely hotel, really nice. Really accessible as there is a bus station a 5 min walk away”

“Je suis venue dans cette établissement il y a 4 ou 5 ans j avais un bon souvenir et j y suis retourné rien a changé le personnel toujours attentionné les équipements et la situation géographique en plein centre et a 2 mn de la mer la seul chose de négatif trop de gaspillage pendant les repas et PDJ venant des clients ”

“Breakfast was excellent, any room was comfortable. Oliver on the staff was super friendly. The hot tub was not heated and the bathroom amenities could have been a little better, to get the final star. But overall, a very nice stay.”
