"Room was amazingly clean but the balcony had cigarette butts and cigar butts on the outside stick in the crease of the brick wall and the rail of the balcony just disturbing with the price we paid. Also I paid for early check in to check in at 12 and my room was not ready and I had to wait hours to check in that’s very unacceptable like why even present a early check in area if it’s not gonna be available to guest. "Pool area is very nice. Check-in was easy and smooth , Casey was absolutely lovely. Our rooms bathtub should be replaced but other than that it was a good experience. "
