"Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. "

"Hotel Indigo, Financial District was incredibly quiet! They sure set a very high bar for other hotels. From the first to the last, the front desk was helpful and accommodating, notably Christopher. The beds wears comfortable, and having firm and soft pillows already on them made sleep all the more comfortable. I appreciated that so much was within walking distance, especially While Foods for healthier snacks. Walked to Pier 17 for a concert on The Rooftop. Took a subway to see Hamilton near Times Square then took the subway to JFK. The location couldn't be better for subway use and touristy stuff. Even walked across the Brooklyn Bridge from the hotel. Fantabulous location."
"Located in a corner area but still easy find. There is construction beside but didn’t disturb us at all. We walk all the time for shopping, dining and to the WTC. Easy access also to train and to tour bus drop off and pick up."
"The staff and the quality customer care were exceptional.. We had a small issue upon arriving and they fixed it immediately. A friend came to visit and they even opened up some parking for them. Thank you again guys you are the best we can't wait to come back to NYC and see you again soon. 😊"
"Staff was solid, rooms were great and it locate off canal st so I they got a bunch of good “cheap” designer! Make sure to rent this spot because the location is solid"
"Great property ! Location is super convenient to downtown locations/ destinations. Special shout out to Christian the excellent concierge and his team! Thank you, highly recommend! "
"Great location with lots of restaurants within close walking distance. My wife was there by herself for business and felt safe walking every where. Easy to get to the subway and PATH trains. At times a courtyard room was a little loud with the restaurant and seatings. If that’s the case think about a city view room or have some ear plugs. That was only one or two of the 5 nights though. Highly recommend this hotel. "
"This hotel is a hidden gem. An excellent value in the financial district with easy access to so many subway lines you can quickly get anywhere. Rooms are smallish but comfortable. Great beds. Really a great value. "
"everything was excellent only a few issues no wifi but I always carry mobile wifi and laundry room was out of service but other then that friendly staff and very clean. my family enjoyed it and the location was great!
