"Great hotel in a fab location east to walk to Wimbledon and train stations. Nice little restaurants near and the food in the hotel was lovely too. Would come again.

"We could park all day to attend the Wimbledon championships no problems at all. Room clean but could do with refurbishing. Would call it a guesthouse not a hotel but very good all the same"

"The location was good and a short stroll to shops, bars etc. The area feels safe and is residential. No parking space in car park when we arrived. Rang the bell several times and then had to phone a number to be remotely let in . The room was very dated and in need of some TLC. We slept ok and the bed was comfy enough. The shower trickled and was cold even after letting it run for a good few minutes. It was more like a 1970s bed and breakfast than the elegant boutique hotel it was described as....

"Great location with two train stations to London, lots of restaurants. The Premier Inn has a good breakfast/dinner bar too. Well kept and safe location."

"The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

"Excellent customer service, a/c, elevator lift, very clean, nice amenities, bed was a bit hard on the back, huge perk to have espresso machine and mini fridge in room. Location was ideal for access to the Tube, restaurants and shopping. We would not hesitate to stay again."
"Miiro Templeton Garden was a beautiful boutique hotel. We stayed there for a week in June and enjoyed most of our stay. However, on the last full day and evening of our stay, the AC broke in several rooms (including ours). This made the room unbearably hot especially since it was on the top floor. Furthermore, the service at the cafe was mostly excellent, however, on a few days the cashier was swamped which resulted in missed and/or incorrect orders. While the property is great and the staff are super friendly, a little finesse will help make this spot perfect."
"Booked last minute. On arrival the staff were excellent, polite, very helpful, they stored our bags for us. Went into London, underground station just 5 minutes away direct line to central London, very convenient. Or an easy walk to Chelsea harbour pier and we got the Uber boat up to embankment. Room was clean, well stocked for an overnight stay, aircon was great. Breakfast was easy and plenty of choice. Would book this hotel again without question next time we are in London."
"Convenient location on Circle and District Lines. Full English breakfast set us up well for the day, after comfortable night's sleep. Efficient air-conditioning

"Heart of Knightsbridge across the street from 3 major museums, V&A, Natural History and Museum of Science. 30 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. Harrods just a ten minute walk. Great variety of excellent restaurants and pubs also a 5, 10, 15 minute walk from the hotel. Room rate included a full English breakfast buffet style. Room itself was quiet and comfortable. "
"The hotel is in good condition and very clean. I felt the lobby to be cozy and inviting. The room and bathroom were on the small side but clean, modern and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable ones among the 3 hotels we stayed in during our recent trip to Europe. The staff was friendly and kind. There are different options neaby to grab a bite and an inexpensive, small but well stocked supermarket. Definitely recommend this hotel! "
"Jess and John were kind, patient and helpful. They are the front desk staff. On site laundry was great! The best part was that they held my luggage for me when I travelled to Paris for few days! The room was clean and the windows can be opened for those who might be claustrophobic! Walking distance to Earl’s court station and many restaurants and shops around. Thank you Jess and John! I will recommend all my friends to stay at Ember Locke especially because of you guys! "
"I left booking accommodation for the Proms to the last minute and thought we'd end up having to stay on the outskirts. However, when I saw this place I booked immediately and was not disappointed. The check in process was easy (remember to bring your ID), a really friendly gentleman helped me with parking the car — the car park is over the road and it secured by metal gates and padlock).
I had possibly one of the best nights' sleep there and would happily return just for that. This will certainly be my first point of call[ in future when attending the Proms.
Thank you to all the staff involved!

"Wonderful student accommodation in the heart of London. Fabulous staff. Really recommend this summer accomodation option for those whose budget isn't huge, but want somewhere safe, affordable, and friendly. "
