“Friendly staff, good water pressure, working tv, bigger than expected fridge, and quiet for being next to the I-95 highway. But the room we had was poorly lit so it was hard to know how clean the floor and bed spread were since we arrived late at night. The room also had a strange odor that compelled us to prop open the door to try to air it out. The water at the sink only ran hot (not even warm) so washing up was uncomfortable. We will not be returning.”

“The room smelled bad, carpets are very worn, burn holes on the sheets and comforter. The toilet sit very close to the shower wall (handicap room) and hard to get to the toilet paper. The air conditioner didn't work and it got warm outside and in the room. Jackie at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Her customer service is impeccable and hard to find.”

“We were only going to be in the Raleigh area for 1 night & chose this hotel because it had very good reviews (especially compared to other hotels @ similar prices in the area). It looked like it was actually built in the last few years, so everything was new & it wasn’t run down like many others I had looked at. The staff (both that we interacted with) were very nice & very helpful. The beds were comfortable. They full kitchen was a bonus. And there was a tv with apps already available making it……
