“Room was very comfortable. Very clean and I was treated very well by the staff. They gave great service and were professional and seened happy and willing to help with any questions or concerns. I will stay there when ever I return to Little Rock.”

“The room had dirty and old food items under the couches. The bed and pillows were terrible, woke up with bad neck pain. The breakfast was okay, not pet friendly. No grass anywhere, the "pet area" was a small section with large stones that was littered with trash. Staff was very nice and friendly.”

“The only complaint I have is the condition of the carpet. I don't believe it is the fault of anyone cleaning the room as the room itself was clean and inviting. The carpet was absolutely in need of replacing. When I was finished showering and getting ready for bed I notice a sticky feeling as I walked across the floor. I was gonna put my shoes back on until I got in bed while doing this I noticed the bottom of my feet were BLACK!! I can't imagine what it was...probably don't wanna know. I had to……

“I liked the room. I liked the shower and lotion amenities in the room. I like the fact that restaurants and everything within walking distance. The only thing that I would have asked is that they provide doggy bags in the dog area. A small but important amenity. The staff were helpful and I really appreciated their efforts.”

“Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance ”

“The bed didn't have the latest foam top mattress, but it was acceptable. Room was large with chair & ottoman and a table with 2 chairs. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast offering included pre-made egg omelets, biscuits, sausage patties, yogurt, cereals, juices, fruit cups, oatmeal, bagels etc. from 6-9am. Coin Laundry on site, detergent etc. can be purchased. Plenty of free parking. Would stay again.”
