"We had a funeral to attend that weekend. A lot of hotels were sold out because it's a popular time of year. I knew nothing about the hotel,so I was a little skeptical. I reserved two rooms. I cannot tell you how pleased I was. The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The room was very nice. Our beds were made with very white sheets and bedspread. The bathroom was very clean. A big surprise was the restaurant. I walked through it on our way to the visitation. When we were looking for a restaurant after the visitation, my son suggested the restaurant at the hotel. I said I thought it was too much a sports bar-type atmostphere and I thought we should look for something else. My 32-year-old son pointed out it was a 4 star restautant, so I acquiesced. It was a Friday night, sold out, the receptionist said if we'd wait 15 minutes, she thought she could squeeze us in. She did. The food was TERRIFIC. We all had something different and we all thought it was great - fresh, prepared as we requested, and delicious. The whole experience turned out to be a soothing balm for travelers who had traveled to a very sad situation. Thank you."

"Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too."

"The staff were very welcoming and the amenities were wonderful. The property is new so everything was squeaky clean and well maintained. The hotel itself is in a very quiet location so it’s easy to relax, but close enough to town to enjoy all it has to offer. Did not use the spa but will definitely consider another stay."
