“my only problem was the shower handle did not work properly or well. It was extremely difficult to adjust temperature. It needs to be replaced. There is no reason something as basic as that should be left misfunctioning. Simple and easy.”

“Wish we would have known the pool and hot tub were no longer in service. First room key did not work. And the hotel’s phone number is not in service so I could not call ahead to verify anything. Finding out no pool and hot tub we may have reset our stay to another location. But it is clean here and quiet. ”
