Cons: rooms
Food was good, nice variety of restaurants...itailian, french, mexican, american steakhouse, japense, and buffet. Definitely disappointed in rooms. They are in major need of an upgrade.

Beachfront hotel all inclusive

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing cucumber drink, staff was very helpful every time I needed anything, I asked for a rollaway bed n got it within 10min to my 5th floor ... hotel is a bit outdated , tile floor throughout the the rooms and hallways making it very slippery when it rains, tall tile baths dangerous for all ages, we all slipped inside the tub at least once..food n drinks available 24/7 buffete was vast and always full of food ,they made sure to keep it stacked at all times my only complaint is the milk... (they use powder milk to make milk for guest) ..very nice entertaining daily shows for kids and adults. Will stay there again...

Had an amazing time at Crown Paradise in Cancun

Pros: Easy access to beach and all inclusive option
Cons: The restaurant reservation system could be improved. There should be some tables reserved for walk-ins.
Location: Location is in the hotel zone which is good since it makes the area nice for tourist. Buses run all the time.
The pool and beach are amazing. Really enjoyed the all inclusive food.

The hotel only has one buffet where you can eat with out reservation for the nicer restaurants you need a 48 hrs notice to make a reservation.

Dear Guest, Regarding to your comment about the food we have five different restaurants of specialty Gallos the Mexican, French Sans Soucis, Fisherman Seafood, Piazza Italian, Wayne´s meat cuts, beside the Palapa restaurant where we offered every single day buffet breakfast, meal and dinner with different themes every day, also during the day and nite we have snack Fujiyama and at the lobby and the pool area, and we are regreat that we haven't found the time too look for you and make some spaces in any of the especiality Restaurants or one of the Supervisors. Lot of construction esp around our room. Lobby noise comes up all the way to the top floor 7th where we were in tower. Reserving on site restaurants was a hassle and not available for most part.

Justo lo necesario, no más

Pros: La variedad de actividades de las que dispone, especialmente pensando en lo niños.
Cons: La comida, darle variedad.
Albercas frías, personal atento en general pero nada extraordinario. Comida poco variada.

Apreciable Adrian, Le agradecemos mucho el tiempo que ha tomado para escribirnos, y compartir sus experiencias en estas vacaciones recientes en nuestro Resort Crown Paradise Club Cancun, también quiero agradecerle sus comentarios ya que son muy importantes para nosotros. Acerca de la comida me apena mucho que no haya sido de su agrado, sin embargo quiero decirle que el buffete en la Palapa es muy variado contamos con diferentes menús todos los dias y todas las temas noche, tal vez puede ser que vea una barra de ensaladas, o frutas o quesos que esas pues no varían, pero el plato fuerte del día es diferente en la mañana, tarde, noche, sin embargo como bien lo plantea le dejaré saber su comentario a nuestro Chef Ejecutivo para que pueda retroalimentarse y trabajar en ello. Le agradezco mucho y esperamos volver a contar con su preferencia nuevamente. Saludos cordiales,

Good value for the money

Pros: clean, very pleasant staff, very warm and helpful
Cons: the elevators in building 1 could be reconstructed, but in general the hotel has good maintenace
Location: usual historical monuments, 2 shopping malls - very expensive trip to nearby Cancun city (probably not entirely safe in the evening)
This was our second stay in this hotel in 5 years. We noticed better leadership and really excellent service by very well trained and dedicated staff at every area of the hotel. We received really excellent care by our floor maid Anna-Maria (building 2, floor 4). The hotel is mid range in price and is excellent for couples or families with kids. All inclusive covers high quality food and medium quality drinks.
