It was just ok

The staff was the best thing about the experience. Food was about average for all inclusive resort. The hotel was basically falling apart and the staff was doing its best to hold it together. Rooms could have been better. Cleanliness of rooms was an issue for me. Would definitely look for something else next time.

Hotel with a lot to offer

Stayed here 4 nights with my boyfriend, we are in our 20s. We upgraded to a better room on an adults only floor, which was great pretty quiet and away from families with younger kids. This is absolutely a family friendly hotel there is kids everywhere, which doesn't bother us personally. The buffet food was ok for breakfast, lunch wasn't great anywhere but we never found ourselves starving. Ate at the italian restaurant, fish restaurant and Mexican restaurant all were good but people make reservations 2 days in advance so the second night they had no reservations. I would advise the hotel change that policy because it seems ineffective and I've never stayed somewhere like that before. The beach is nice located near two bars so you don't have to go very far. The two pools near the beach are pretty packed with families and not very relaxing but we really enjoyed the adult pool with the swim up bar. Entertainment wise if you are looking for nightlife this hotel doesn't have much so we left the hotel 2 nights- once for señor frogs and another for congo bar. We also went off resort for wave runners. If you do leave the hotel they have these buses that run every few minutes and pick you up and drop you off in front of the hotel for $1. This is until midnight after the bar we tried to come back around 1:30 am and the bus driver over charged everyone was too drunk to drive, wouldnt let anyone off and made us wait 45 mins before letting a 14 year old drive us home. Be careful of that

We had a great experience! The rooms were beautiful, plenty of entertainment for small kids, water park is such a big plus for families with kids, service and food was excellent.

Nice hotel nice staff and soo close to the beach

My experience was fantastic I will stay at that resort again my girls loved it we loved it everything was just perfect the staff were incredible nice .. looking forward booking again

Hotel has seen better days

The location was nice, but the hotel was very dated and had only one buffet with limited quality and quantity of food. For the price we payed, there are much better places around the area to stay at. All in all, a disappointment and would not recommend it.

okay hotel for kids, outdated

Clean and decent hotel, ideal for kids. The food was terrible.hotel is a little ways from the hote zone. You have to make reservations to eat dinner and if you don't make them in a certain time slot then you better order room service or eat out. The all inclusive wasn't worth it because the food was awful in my opinion. The housekeeper, mari, was very pleasant kept our room clean . Overall hotel staff were nice

Nice hotel for family with kids.

The hotel is very good especially for families​ with kids. The main complain -- the smoking guys can smoke everywhere with out any restrictions. Additionally the soups in main buffet are always very oversalted.
