I Would like to say I enjoyed my stay At NYX Although it was only 24hrs due to missing my flight Friday . Once I arrive Saturday morning I had No Problems with claiming my room and being excorted up ! The room was nice and clean & we had a great view . I would say the lunch was average but the tacos ? Omg DELICIOUS!!! They can update their American menu and add more seasoning to the food but other than that we enjoyed our stay . Definitely will book again but next time maybe 5 days so I can actually enjoy the resort

Nice smaller hotel right on the beach. Immaculately clean. Staff were all really helpful and polite. Only slight downside for me, is a lack of vegetation options, particularly on the lunch menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NYX hotel though.

I love everything about the property and specially the staff. Mr Edgar the food and beverage manager is awesome extremely helpful very courteous and always hands on the job . Emiliano waiter on the beach a nonstop and very attentive. The only thing we didn’t like was the all inclusive in the restaurants you only have so many choices

THE TOUR THEY OFFER IS A SCAM TO THE GALLERY THE STAFF THERE IS SO RUDE AND INSIST YOU BUY STUFF. IF YOU DONT THEN THERE BEHAVIOR CHANGES THEY ARE SO RUDE AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE WHOLE GROUP ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME PRICES ARE 10 TIMES MORE PRICY THEN OTHER PLACES. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I WAS IN ROOM 601 AND THERE WAS UP TO 6 MEN OUTSIDE MY ROOM ALL THE TIME THEY WOULD SLAM THE DOOR,ITS NEXT TO A MAINTAINANCE ROOM. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE
