"Lovely property in Cala Gonone. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and that we were taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We stayed in an Economy room on the 1st floor and we’re perfectly satisfied. The resturant at the hotel was fantastic, we ate dinner there twice! Cute bar and lobby lounge area. "The staff of the hotel went out of their way to be helpful and catered for all our needs. We only booked one night as we were off to the airport the next morning. I wish would could have stayed longer and enjoyed sitting on the balcony of my room overlooking the orange grove, hills and town. A very pleasant stay."

"Amazing beaches and water, lovely staff and incredible food (half-board highly recommended). Excellent and different a la carte choices offered every night. 2 bugbears which prevented me giving 5 stars- 1) It is usual for a top hotel to provide a couple of bottles of complimentary water each night. SM does have the water in the minibar, but they charge for it, which is a little annoying. 2) They have a private, lovely beach. However they charge 50 euros per day for the use of their beach sunloungers, which we were unaware of beforehand. For a hotel of this type, we would not expect to pay for this (and certainly not so much). However, overall, we had a fantastic stay - loved being able to rent e-bikes so we could explore the area."
