“When it says transportation provided to train and airport that means you have to pay a cab driver 25.00 for the train station and 50.00 to the airport. Helpful info. Ask for Sergio as your taxi driver. He is so sweet! This is an awesome place to go and stay and relax. It's beautiful and maybe just plan one day into Florence.”

“We had a very bad experience. We arrived at the hotel, and it was pitch black. There was no internet connection, no sign, and no one to greet us. We arrived around 8 p.m. We had to call a neighbor, and the neighbor said he didn't know, that he hadn't seen anyone. Everything was abandoned, closed, and we had to drive an hour back to search for a place to sleep overnight. No one showed up to give us any explanation. We hope they refund our money because it's a scam.”
