"The owners and staff of Daddy Joe’s are fantastic. The hotel was much nicer than I had anticipated, and I can see they are doing a lot of renovations. The two bedroom with Kitchen was terrific. The restaurant and bar was fantastic. The location is great, just a short walk to get to.Gaulding Cay beach (you can walk five minutes, or drive a vehicle down to the beach). "This is a great property in an amazing location! Many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly. Our housekeeper, Angelique, was the best! She made us a different towel animal each day with a fun sweet note! We loved having a Starbucks inside the hotel! It's on level 2 which is conveniently on the way out to the beach. The lobby has ice water with fresh fruit in it daily. The entire hotel was very clean and they always had clean towels ready at the beach. "

"The property has a lot to offer for everyone and is a lot of fun! My only complaint is a lack of staff at the water slides. We went during March Break - peak season and there is no excuse for not having a full staff in the adventure park. Each day 1/2 of the slides were closed at any time. This was not for maintenance but because of staff rotation because of a general lack of staff. So if you are attracted to this resort for the slides, you need to be there for a number of days to catch when your favourite is open. The resort needs to staff up during high season. Cruise ship passengers buy day passes and with so many closed slides there are long lines. Just something to take into consideration when booking. "

"Great view of the ocean from our privet balcony. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet was great at breakfast and good at dinner. Chicken jerk shack by the pool was delicious. Maid service was spot on and very friendly, only thing lacking was the amount of bottled water in the room. Had to ask for extra water every day as I drink a lot. Showers we always hot and plenty of pressure. Bed was firm and sheets clean and soft. The down side was the pillows were not the best, and the A/C was hard to figure out, so either cold and blasting or off and stuffy. "
