“Breakfast was always fresh during my stay, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, one thing left me disappointed. I had booked this trip for my honeymoon, but on the day I was supposed to fly out, the airline canceled all flights to St. Thomas. I called the hotel and spoke with someone at the front desk, who transferred me to the manager. I hoped they could offer some kind of accommodation or flexibility given the situation, but they didn’t. They said that because the room was held for……

“We stayed at the Weston on St. Thomas from April 24-29. Overall we loved our stay. All of the staff members were amazing! Every team member we spoke with was very helpful and patient with us. The room was very nice and clean. We had an amazing ocean view from our room and we enjoyed spending early mornings and evenings out on our personal little patio enjoying it. The shower was our main complaint about the room. There was not any hot water during “prime shower times”. We would try to shower……

“Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! “We really wanted to love everything about this place, but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. The staff seemed like they really didn’t want to be there and the food was terrible at all of the restaurants. The staff in the pool area was especially miserable and not what you would expect when spending $1200 a night to stay. They were……

“Clean room but could use updates. Great area very walkable. Loved the restaurant Oceana ..right next door. Great water view. Close to airport so you will hear planes during the day. Fun to watch the water plane take off and land …and the cruise ships come and go. Good food close by for breakfast and lunch that you can bring back and eat on the covered porch. Their landscaping on the property was fabulous and the pool was refreshing. ”

“A beautiful location with a nice view of the ocean to the north out the living room window. The process of getting into the house was straightforward, although be aware that the entrance was the second door (with the padlock). Also: The roosters say “good morning!””

“We only planned for one night and were disappointed that there was no coffee or shampoo. Internet instructions said that the information was on the cable box, but I didn’t find it there. The check in instructions showed have internet specifics written on it for convenience ”
