“My stay at Windward Passage Hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I am requesting a significant partial refund because the condition of the hotel and lack of service did not match what I paid for.
During my 5-day stay (August 28-September 2nd), I had to change rooms THREE times, which was extremely inconvenient. I also experienced lack of cleanliness through out all of the rooms I was switched to. Photos are attached showing a dirty remote, a moldy/nasty electrical outlet, a dirty……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the gym was super well-equipped. The breakfast, which was included with our stay, was also very good.
The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. The front desk even called a taxi for us, which was very convenient and greatly appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“My husband and I traveled to ST Thomas over the weekend. We were very excited about this new destination since we invested a little extra to stay in what we thought would be a high end establishment.
