"Wonderful experience! The property was beautiful, rooms spacious and clean, resort restaurant buffet had excellent food. The trolley transportation was convenient and punctual. A lot of activities for kids offered and very family oriented. My husband is a veteran and they gave us a 30% discount on Dollywood tickets and discount at multiple locations inside resort. We felt cared for and valued as a guest. We will definitely be back!"

"We gave stayed at Creekstone for years but with that said the hotel needs an over hall. Beds are very uncomfortable, bathroom was the worst. Toilet was hard to flush had to jiggle the handle every time someone used it. The entire toilet was moving. Showers and walls needed to be fixed. Asked 3x for extra Washcloths and towels they said they would put them in the room never did until our last night there. Breakfast was free which is nice except the food wasn't very good. Bread and biscuits hard. Waffle maker but the mix had zero flavor and the fruit laying out didn't look very good either. Probably won't stay here anymore."

"The room was large. Table and 4 chairs and an upholstered chair in addition to 2 beds. Seemed clean. Older and not updated, I would say. They don't clean during your stay. Our room opened to a go-cart track, which was loud, but closed at 11. Would stay again due to size of room and price."
