"We very much enjoyed the view from the balcony - right on the ocean! The condo was very nice and clean, which is very important to us. Host Gary was responsive when I texted and very nice. The unit's lock system was really easy to use & the pool was great. Area/neighborhood very quiet, just kind of far (2-3 miles +) from any restaurants. Thanks so much!"

"This was our first time on Carolina Beach and we really enjoyed the area. The condo was a great location for accessing the beach, restaurants, Fort Fisher, Wilmington, etc. We had quick access to the beach, the pools and the covered parking, which is always a plush. The unit was clean. The beds were not very comfortable, so be aware if you are pretty sensitive to that. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking indoors. We would suggest having access to the closet in the master...

"What an amazing condo and view of the ocean!! We were up for a wedding and chose this condo as it was on the ocean and within walking distance to everything. We were already excited to stay here based on the pictures on VRBO but was even more impressed once we stayed in the condo. The owner is absolutely wonderful and is so easy to talk to! The condo is so nice and had everything we needed! The view of the ocean off the balcony....simply amazing! Woke up to the most beautiful sunrises and...

"My brother and his wife, my husband and I, all over 75, had a lovely visit with our other brother in Southport.,thanks to your lovely property. We noted that the kitchen needed a few inexpensive additions and the bathtubs needed grab bars for such an seasoned crew of vacationers. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay. Perhaps the best amenity was the really quiet and efficient elevator which helped us avoid the stairs unless we wanted to use them. Great place."

"A well maintained older home, very clean. We liked that it was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The only downside to our stay , the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. Nothing we couldn't live with for a week. Would definitely consider this property again."
