"Fab Route 66 motel. Perfect if you are hauling trailers behind. Lots of parking. We checked in super late—after hours. I called to let them know late in the evening and they were still hospitable and organized a self check in. Goodie bag of fruit and pastries awaited. Plus we filled our cooler with complementary ice. Lovely people. And the rooms are super clean and have maintained their 50s-60s vibe"

"I booked this hotel through Expedia because I wanted to give my granddaughter a fun little overnight getaway, and the property was extremely disappointing. The pool area was filthy, with hair visible on the pool walls and surrounding areas. The hot tub was cold and apparently not working, yet there was no notice posted. There were also no working lights in the pool area, making it feel unsafe and poorly maintained. The complimentary breakfast was one of the worst I've experienced. The selection was extremely limited, the waffles were burnt, the oatmeal station consisted of oats in a container, the coffee was terrible, and the overall quality was unacceptable. I paid for a hotel with amenities that were advertised but not properly maintained or functioning. The condition of the property did not match reasonable expectations for a hotel listed on Expedia. I'm requesting compensation for this stay and would appreciate Expedia reviewing this property's condition and amenities so other guests are not misled. Thank you."

"This motel that I stayed at for 4 days yes they were nice to a point there was some cleanliness issues and there were bed bugs and then the workers wanted to sit there and over charge you after you already paid for your stay there online through hotels.com and then they wanted to sit there and argue with me saying they're going to call the cops to get me out of there cuz I didn't pay anything I had to sit there and go through all my email so I can find my I'm January so I can show them that I was paid for in full and so they owe me $80 for paying one night the first night there in cash but I shouldn't have paid anything in cash because it was included in my hotel stay that I paid for online through hotels.com so I do not recommend this motel to anybody because these people are a rip-off and once again they have bed bugs"
