“The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! ”

The toilet wouldn’t flush. Decided to check out even though it was not refundable for Saturday night. Also when we went to check in the person was a little rude as we were a little early so chose to go get gas. Will never stay at a quality inn again as it was not a pleasant experience.”
