“there was a horrible smell of mildew when entering our room. The air conditioner was off and so once turning that on, it helped a little. The walls are very thin…could hear the people/tv next door late into the night…thank goodness for ear buds! Paybacks came when we returned the noise the next morning at 6 am :). Wont be staying there again.”

However, after reading client reviews and 40 hours before the scheduled reservation, in counsel with our son and his wife, I requested a full refund of the $240.98 (3 nights lodging) due to the information obtained from the website indicating moldy conditions, bedbugs, filth, and general health endangering conditions for our grandchildren and great-granddaughters.

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”
