“It was ok. No one cleans your room during your stay, bins were overflowing!
Could have been cleaner.
Breakfast was adequate, small portions but cooked well.
Property was in a good spot, close to front and beach and not too far from town.”

“The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night.……

“We had a really enjoyable stay at Penrhos Park. The location is fantastic, with beautiful countryside and easy access to some of the best beaches and attractions in Ceredigion.
The whole park had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and it was great having the leisure facilities available, especially the pool. It was also really convenient having everything on site while still being close enough to Aberystwyth and the coast.

“Good large clean airy room, comfy pillows, bed bit uncomfortable due to having 2 single bed bases so felt the wood in the middle so couldnt sleep next to my fiance, would benefit with a mattress topper, supplied tea coffee etc and restocked when asked, we had a great stay.”

“The room [room 10, double en suite] was nothing like the pictures. First you had to lean on the door to get in cos it's too big for the frame. Then once you are in it smelled like a teenage boys room, sweat and lynx. The carpet was badly worn and peeling off the floor, the cheap divan base was broken so the mattress was either springy or wavy, didn't dare actually look at the mattress... Cobwebs around the window show how long since that was cleaned and general bits of wallpaper coming off the……
