Baggage line at Oakland Airport very long and a bit chaotic.

Was a bit challenging to use the kiosks for check in, but once the staff member helped it went fairly smooth. First flight to HI we were given free upgraded seats, 2nd flight seats were not as comfortable. One of the female flight attendants didn't seem to smile at all but everyone else was very pleasant. Over all the flight was good.
