“When we vacationed in Newport, Rhode Island (July 2026) we stayed at the Town and Tide Inn for three days. The Inn, with only 12 rooms, was quiet and personal. The innkeepers were delightful and wonderful at making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are spaciously clean and beautifully appointed with a cottage beach vibe. The garden courtyard with the 24-hour coffee shed was our favorite early morning space. The gourmet breakfast served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM was excellent. And……

“Modest/small sized rooms with basic furnishings, but functional. Great location. Friendly, helpful staff and an excellent, large, hot breakfast is included. Convenient parking at the Mary St. lot, but it fills up fast in summer season. The parking app is clunky, but the staff is very knowledgeable will help you with it.”
