“We just loved the vibe of this hotel. There was positive evening everywhere you looked, right colors, and touches that did not go unnoticed. It was a cool table and games in the lobby, which my kids and I took advantage of to kill some time before going to dinner. It was also a computer and three individual looks that people could sit in to get work done, check emails or just have some quiet time alone on their own device. The rooms were clean and updated and I even loved the slogans on the……

“The property appeared clean with a very friendly and efficient staff. However, I did find a huge cockroach on the 3rd day. It was taken care if quickly by staff and I never saw evidence of another one. The pool was clean and property provided towels which is nice. Room for improvement would be having some toys for the kids to play with for examaple some beach balls and floating noodles , that kind of stuff. Breakfast was good, tasty and a varied selection. No coffee except during breakfast……

“Breakfast is not complimentary, which should’ve been. I’ve stayed at another Hilton in where it was complimentary and that was the best. I went to try and get a plate but the cashier lady was extremely rude.”

“I stayed there for 8 hours and that was enough. The hotel says it’s refreshed, and it is not. The pillows had cotton in them and square..so it’s not a real pillow. The mattress sunk in the middle. The breakfast is not free.. but I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me.”

“Mediocre at best. Best thing that this place has to offer is the surrounding businesses close to it. I was there for five days No housekeeping was done to room. When I needed clean towels or washcloths, I had to chase people down to request them. If I wanted the trash, empty emptied, I emptied it myself. My recommendation would be to keep looking.”

“False advertisement on a website. The room was not what was seen. The hallways were smoky, they had one person doing checkin, running from floor to floor doing request from guest, all of the rooms should have been done before shift change. The front desk clerk was very professional and kept apologizing for the way the room looked. If the help is not available then the general manager should have stayed to make sure the extended stay hotel is done to help the customer be at ease. Very……
