"Super clean, quiet and great food from the bar!"

"We arrived super late after driving in from out of state and the gentlemen in the lobby that night were so wonderful and helpful and the stay just continued to be fantastic from arrival forward. Our room was super tidy with an incredible view of the lake and downtown. The hotel gym was the best I've personally seen in a hotel and there were plenty of amenities on site. I wish we we had more time to spend there tbh. I would definitely return. Both the hotel and Cleveland exceeded my expectations. "

"Staff was courteous, especially Jazzman, Yunce, and Lane. Breakfast was great, Alfredo and Mac and Cheese at Kickbavk not perfect. Enjoyed my two free Tom Collin's at the Kickback. Prefer higher thread count sheets though. "
