"員工親切，住宿房間大又寬敞，只是廁所設置在門外洗手槽未提供洗手乳，女性垃圾桶好像沒有清，沒搞懂洞口還沒到裡頭滿滿的垃圾稍微有點……跟需要爬樓梯上下樓之外，其他設備都很新，多人住宿很划算，一樓咖啡廳也能優惠打折，交通地點很方便"

"入住Takasago小屋，非常骨子，小屋有私人溫泉，絕對有渡假感覺。早、晚餐都是有心思的安排，款待的職員面帶笑容，賓至如歸。整間酒店有三個私人湯屋，私隱度極高。有提供車站接送服務。"

"The most beautiful and relaxing ryokan. We had a very wonderful experience and stay at this place. Staff were very attentive, helpful and professional service provided. They took care of everything from the time we drove into the parking until we left, without needing us to ask or worry. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were immaculately presented and tasty. Everything was well organized and we were well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommend this place!"

"I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was excellent—staff members were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude.
