"The friendly and professional staff is what sets this property apart. Exterior is a bit rough and the motel access rooms are not my preference. But the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The full breakfast in the main building is impressive - the best I've seen at a budget friendly hotel. If you are going to Kings Island - this is about as close as you can stay, and I think they even offer shuttle to the park. For the price - this really can't be beat!"
