Likes: location, pool, restaurant Needs improvement: slow response time, no fitted sheets or duvet cover on bed, musty smell from closet
I did like the privacy of the pool, with complementary towels. Valet service was very good. The only issue I had was that I picked up the phone to order food from room service and it rang and rang and rang with no answer, I then tried the front desk, no answer, same with the concierge no one answered. ...
Historical and well maintained. Beautiful decor. The underground shops, day spa, and eateries were great. Fountain Square was 1 block away. Great entertainment and restaurants. Loved entire atmosphere.
Location was very nice, clean facility, friendly staff
Very nice hotel. Girlfriend was very impressed as soon as we walked in the building. If i visit cinci again i will most definitley stay here again.
Parking was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was great!
We stayed in 7 Hilton properties over the span of 2 weeks and this was the best by far in terms of our room, cleanliness and amenities. The only downside was that valet parking (at $35) was the only option since it was downtown.
Needed an early check in. Staff was very helpful with this. Everything was clean
Staff was fantastic. Really cool, unique touches in the room. Museum was great too!
