“員工服務良好 反應事項 及時處理”

“Check out 時間太早，隔音設備不太好，晚上聽到重重的腳步聲和彭彭的聲音。服務員很有禮貌，房間都好乾淨。”

“在最後一天晚上，隔離兩個房間很嘈吵，引至不能入睡。 其他大至上都很好”

“Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast”

“All very perfect 👌”

“Interesting interior, convenient location, good supplies of amenities. But kitchen not friendly enough if u really want to cook.”

“what a lovely hotel, there isn't bad i could about it from the hotel room to the lovely breakfast and the staff were really good to.”

“地毯很多污漬，觀感不佳。但棉被很厚很溫暖。”

“So convenient to downtown Belfast. Easy walking to sites of interest, restaurants and pubs. Great service from the staff--I was sick for a couple days and the staff were so patient and helpful.”

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

“My room was huge with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming on arrival and were helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast (included with our stay) was perfect, with continental options as well as hot food made to order.”

“Great location and nice hotel. However we were there for work and the lack of shared spaces to work from was a really awkward, we ended up working with our laptops on our laps in the reception area for an hour before they finally allowed us to go into the breakfast area as the bar was closed due to staff meeting. Surely customers should come first! If you're there as a visitor to see the sites of Belfast this hotel would be really good and I would definitely go back.”

“Overall great hotel”
