Not a great value

On check-in, was told that the only king size bed (as per my reservation) was on 2nd floor, with no elevator available. This was a disappointment. Due to mobility issues, I need a ground floor room, or a higher level room with elevator access. We were given a non-smoking room on 1st floor, handicapped accessible. Though it was non-smoking (as we requested), it was located between smoking rooms, and had a foul odor inside. Fortunately, we had Fabreeze with us, which helped. Porcelain on the tub is cracked and peeling. No hair dryer in the holder. No iron to go along with the ironing board. No easy way to open the sliding glass door, though it did seem secure. TV was small, and the picture didn't fill the screen at all.

Thank you for your feedback. I am disappointed to read that your did not had a pleasant check-in experience and that you found our rooms below your standards . I have personally addressed this with our housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure this won't happen again. I hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you better in future.
