“Nice place to stay, would stay again!”

“We stayed in three of the spaces at the Millpond Inn for four nights while attending a family wedding. It was absolutely perfect, allowing for ample individual privacy as well as spacious communal gathering areas. We will definitely stay here again! Great communication in the time leading up to and during the stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment!”

“Perfect pick when you’re in town for a concert!! Clean, friendly staff, yummy continental breakfast, and a shuttle to Pine Knob (offered by a third party). Check in and check out process was super simple.”

“I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“I arrived at 8pm with a room booked and paid for already, but was told my room would not be ready for another 45 minutes. The room was not inviting, the refrigerator freezer was defrosting the whole stay, the tub was very yellow, and overall blah. I will say the pool was very nice and people around were very friendly. It was within walking distance to a great coffee shop and grocery store. There was no continental breakfast and you had to ask for a cup to get any coffee on site.”

“Someone entered the room at 8:00 a.m. with a key card. Every hour. When are you leaving”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“Everything was good. When we first arrived, the air conditioner thermostat was making a noise and even though it took a while for them to come look at it which didn't bother us since we were out of the room anyway, as soon as we sent another message when getting back, the maintenance man showed up quickly and we were moved to another room. However, they apparently didn't tell him someone was in the room because he just walked in, which was kind of scary. The hotel does have adult only hours……
