“We checked in and the elevator was filthy. Our room was filthy, not vacuumed and the bathroom shower tub had scum around it. We went back to the front desk and got lost down by the pool and laundry room. The helpers had their children there. There were kids in dirty laundry baskets sleeping. When we got back to the front desk, the Manager was on a business call. I waited 20 minutes but was unable to speak with him. I am requesting a full refund as we left and went to another hotel.”

“I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……
