The Space:
Our two-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed in each bedroom, a couch, and a queen-sized air mattress. It has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Cleveland! The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in!

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.

Downtown Cleveland is a lively neighborhood where there’s always something new to do! Our suite is located in the heart of Downtown, right by the Cuyahoga River. If it’s your first time in town, you won’t want to skip seeing a show in Playhouse Square, catching a game at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, or checking out the wildlife at the Greater Cleveland Aquarium. Stay close to your suite and take a stroll through Wendy Park, a gorgeous green space right on the bank of Lake Erie.

Getting Around:
Getting around Downtown Cleveland is a breeze, thanks to the city’s RTA Rapid Transit. Locally referred to as The Rapid, the public transportation system is made up of buses, public trolleys, and light rails. If you want to see the most popular tourist attractions in town, hop aboard the HealthLine, which spans from Downtown Cleveland through University Circle and into East Cleveland. Multiple bus lines are a short walk from your front door, and the light rail is just a short ride away. Need to get somewhere in a rush? Lyfts and Ubers are readily available throughout the city.

Quiet Hours
9pm-7am, daily. As with most communities, please keep music, movies, or other noise to a conversational level during the quiet hours.

Noise Monitoring
To ensure we’re being good neighbors, this suite is equipped with a noise sensor that measures decibels. There is no recording of audio, the device is active 24/7 and is located in the living area. If the noise exceeds a reasonable level, our Trust and Safety team will receive a notification and message you. To comply with community regulations, if the noise sensor becomes disconnected we will notify you if we need access to your stay to reconnect it.

Parties are Not Allowed
Disturbing other residents in this building will not be tolerated. While a rare occurrence, following warnings from your host triggered by the noise sensor or a complaint from a neighbor, you may be asked to leave at your own expense. Local law enforcement will be utilized if necessary.

No Smoking
We are a smoke-free community. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. No smoking also includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed. We likely would love your pet, but there will be a $500 fine for having a pet in the suite if not required by local regulations.

Professional Photo and Video Shoots
Commercial shoots of any kind, will not be tolerated. While we do encourage showcasing your stay on social media, chances are, if you are using professional equipment or your content will make a profit, it’s not allowed.

Mind the keys
The lockbox must remain locked at all times (if applicable). Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. If the keys are lost or unreturned a fee of up to $300 dollars will be assessed. A $75 fee will be assessed for overnight lockout service.

Packages and Mail Delivery
Please do not send anything to the suite. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.

Excessive Cleaning
Enjoy your stay, but be mindful of the cleanup. We employ a professional cleaning staff adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable. However, if it takes our staff longer than 2 hours to clean after your visit a $75 fee will be assessed.

Great place but super noisy all night
Great location - close to sports fields and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Great apartment with all the amenities. Clean and large enough to really spread out. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. Parking garage is not nice but super conveniently located. Directions are very clear for check in and parking. The only downside of this stay was the street noise. It makes sleep impossible due to the many outside bars nearby. Then there were the drag races until 3 am. We were there on a weekend so maybe during the week it’s better. The warning sign is earplugs in the kitchen. But other than the noise it’s a great place to stay.

Wonderful apartment in the center of town!
I was very happy with this property! I was impressed with the detailed instructions (with pictures!) that led us to the key, explained the parking, how to get into the building, etc. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had all that we needed in the kitchen, even a full-sized fridge! Everything we needed was in walking distance - restaurants, groceries, attractions. I would gladly stay here again.

Great location plenty to eat and do in the area. A few small things like dirty dishes and a few small problems like the blinds in one room not working. Seems like minor complaints though compared to the size and cost of this room. Would definitely stay with them again.

It was a perfect location downtown cleavland. We were able to walk every where including to our destination the Rocket Mortgage Center for a concert. It was a safe walk home even after the concert. The price was great. The apartment was big, up to date and clean. We had a nice easy check in and stay. We’d definitely stay again
