The room accomadated out family of 6 which is hard to find in a hotel nowadays. The fold out mattress however was terrible. Our kids basically slept on springs with absolutely no cushion for support or comfort. The other issue we had was that we had no hot water the morning checked out.

We were very pleased with District 3 Hotel. Close to downtown, large parking lot, was in excellent condition - like a new building. We plan to stay there again on our next trip. Full Breakfast was a plus. Felt like it was a really good value. G and A from NC

Wonderfully unique! Comfortable and a fun place to stay!

I like the neat condition and cleanliness! I never saw the staff because you get a code to enter your room and then you check out through the link provided on your phone too. It is too close to the road, so if you don't like to hear the traffic, this would not be the place.

When We checked in, we were given two Handicap Rooms. I can’t recall ever requesting Handicap Rooms. When I told the person at the reception she said that the rooms are bigger and there’s not much difference with the other rooms. Also, I was told that an additional $200.00 was withheld from my Credit Card and I will be refunded within 3-7 days. One of my relatives who stayed in Room 125 told me about a little bug crawling on her bed. The area is nice because it’s close to the shopping center.
