“This was our best hotel of our entire vacation. ADA room was huge. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff extremely courteous.”

“Prepaid for king room with breakfast 7/2-7/5. Arrive to room#213 and there is no remote control for tv. Asked at front desk and after they questioned me about tv brand, they found one. Shower pan very dingy and grey even after I cleaned it myself. Fridge was barely cool, never cold. In room keurig dod not work. Table chipped and headboard had multiple scratches, peeling. The blinds had to be operated by hand to roll up and roll down- no strings to pull and small tear in blind. We were told no……

“I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable……

“The photos online look nothing like the actual property, it is run down and honestly looks like something from a horror movie. We went with a different hotel after seeing the property.”

“The room was so incredibly dirty that we had to go get a room at a different hotel. I have photos of the absolute FILTH!! The room smelled to awful that we became nauseous. I e had to borrow money from a family member to pay for the second hotel room. There was absolutely NO WAY that we or anyone would have been able to stay in that room.”
