“Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was a good place to eat and didn’t have to leave hotel.”

“This hotel is like a Resort on an island somewhere…Super Cleannnnnnnnn and some… This is the best hotel in Jackson, Ms hands down….. Restaurant style with a bar area like a bar should be with nice music….. The staff was amazing and everyone you meet Greeted you with Sir or Mam at all times….. Once again if you’re looking for a clean and safe hotel this is the spot to be… Can’t wait to go back next weekend lol”

“Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that……

“I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”

“This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last. The room was really clean, came with a microwave and refrigerator. I will say at first the refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should’ve been and the ice in the top part was melting but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. WiFi worked great. Breakfast was awesome! Staff was friendly. Well the lady who was there when I was checking out. Overall, I really enjoyed my one day stay here.”

“Hotel had limited amenities. Bathroom was a bit dirty and my skin broke out severely after sleeping under the covers. Only one elevator is in service. No breakfast.”

“Pool wasn’t available due to not being cleaned. Room was not ready 6:20pm when we arrived. Very disappointed.”
