“Room was clean ,public areas could use a little work . The pool was in good shape ,the grands enjoyed it.”

“We arrived and there was no receptionist. So I grabbed the lobby phone and called and she finally came out. I said oh that was me calling because no one was here. And instead of a friendly greeting or an “I’m sorry” I basically got a “yeah?” We proceeded to the elevators and one opened half way and was beeping constantly. We weren’t sure if it was working or if we could take the luggage carrier on it. So we asked her and she came and rode on it and said it’s fine. It still seemed sketchy. She……

“breakfast was ok.. cooking staff a male seemingly of Asian descent was extremely rude. Telling us we could only get one pancake while others weren't limited. However The front Desk staff was absolutely amazing William B. was very inviting, welcoming,eager to help,and catered to each customer with respect.”

“Fleas in our room, they did switch us but we were getting bit quite a bit before we realized what was happening and even got a picture. The breakfast was super disappointing, then to top it off there was an altercation between the front desk girl and a guest and the cops were called. Not a great stay at all”

“Every one of the staff we encountered was personable and very helpful. The rooms were neat and well stocked. Parking was convenient and accessible. The location was in the center of business and close to the major thoroughfares. This is an excellent choice for travelers.”
