“After switching from our first room to a second room in hopes that it would smell better, we were unfortunately disappointed to find that the second room smelled just as bad. The housekeepers had placed blue toilet air fresheners on the coolers, which filled the room with an atrocious odor that seemed intended to mask the wet, moldy smell.
