Staff set out to please , very attentive. Room was very clean. Wish had more food varieties at dinner and breakfast, lunch was very good with made to order food. People from cruise ships killed the calm vibe at the beach during the day.
I would return again just know what to expect now. There is no resort that is perfect .

Staff, room, food was excellent . We found it too noisy in the afternoon around the pool and at night . We were also disappointed that the buffet was not available in the evening.

This was our second time staying at the Explorean Cozumel. We loved the entire resort. This time around we were excited that the pool had been redone. But the staff are amazing, Luis, Edwin, Gabriel to name a few. The truly made our stay wonderful. room are perfect and the serene atmosphere of the resort is perfect. Can't wait to go back again.

Staff was nice, rooms and facilities clean but in need of updates/repairs, pool water freezing cold, food was TERRIBLE and not much to do after 8 pm. Beach was great for snorkeling but you don’t want to enter the water without swim shoes
