“We were visiting Columbia for an international soccer match at Williams-Brice stadium. This meant we did not spend much time in the rental, but it was an easy and cool landing spot. The owner was great to allow us to park on-site prior to check-in, as we did a rideshare into town. Communication with the owner was easy, helpful, and detailed. “Needed a convenient and cozy place to stay for a week's trip to Ft Jackson for a Basic Training graduation, and this did not disappoint. Close (10 minutes or less) to anything you may possibly need: groceries, pharmacies. Liquor store, and all manner of downtown local restaurants. Only about 15-20 minutes from Ft Jackson, and less to the USC campus.House temp is kept very comfortable and the bed matresses are amazing. I'm very picky and cranky about nighttime sleeping conditions, and I slept……

“We stayed here for my grandson’s graduation from Fort Jackson, it was a very good location to the base. The place was very nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable after a very busy 2 days. I would recommend anyone going that this place would be a great place to stay ”

“Was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the property. An excellent home, upscale furnishings, comfortable bed and linens, the owner was very thoughtful to have a number of basics there already (detergent, paper towels, etc.). Really great. Owner was communicative when I had a question. Would stay here again in a minute. ”
