"The hotel itself and staff are very nice. While we didn't take advantage of it, it being a pet-friendly property is nice to know. Booked a room with a tub, which was deep and spacious -- Separate shower and tub is a nice amenity. Nice lobby bar, although a bit overpriced, especially for mocktails. Bed was not the most comfortable. The bed linens did not feel premium, and were strangely loud. Although nitpicky, it was a nice experience. "

"Hotel is across street from Revolution museum and great location for walking to everything! National Mechanics on 3rd with Ben Franklin court/musuem 5 min walk. Irish bars around the corner on 2nd - Brownies and Plough & Stars!! Self park is 5 min walk in garage - $28 daily. NOTE Check in is 4 PM not 3 pm! Had to wait. Do not get room with just 1 queen - tiny little box of a room. Breakfast was good - although fake eggs? "

"PROS: The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Great location. CONS: cleanliness could be improved as we found 2 packs of blueberries on top of the fridge that must have been there a while, as they were moldy and shrunken. We had NO shower curtain, there was dirt and hair on the wall behind the bathroom door, and I have never stayed in a hotel where there were NO trash bags in the trash cans. (We were in room 1425)"

This time, however, I had a very different experience: was never greeted whenever entering the hotel, check in was very very brisk and given our rate included breakfast (and a hotel credit for food too) but that we had to leave at 6:30am when breakfast opened"
