"It was great to spend time in this villa. It had everything we needed and a wonderful view from the lovely terrace down to the coast. The best directions to get there ever. And a really useful guide to the villa and the area. Very helpful contact from David and Noemi. All in all a wonderful holiday. And when much of Sardinia was in the mid 40s the west coast was hot. But not unbearably so. And the lovely pool and plenty of shade made our stay so good"

"My family and I stayed here for 8 nights in this comfortable, cool beach house conveniently close to the beach, a mini-mart, and Santa Teresa. It is in a great location to explore many of the other wonderful beaches and historical sites of northern Sardinia. "I couldn’t ask for more, such a lovely little cottage in the most perfect location. The house has everything you need, modern and new. Literally 3 feet out the door is the Tyrrhenian Sea, in all it’s clarity and deep turquoise and blue. Despite a couple days of rain, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Hosts are very responsive and available if needed. Can’t wait to return!"

"Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"So the main problem was that the portion of the villa you get is the lower ground level underneath the owner’s private quarters. It felt quite claustrophobic. The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner.
