“I have actually booked this property twice, I had to cancel the first one due to an injury. Communication with the property manager is stellar! The spot is cute, well outfitted, great space! I would stay there again. Not far from UT.”

“The host sent communications early and was on top of it. The host also asked how they could better serve us. I appreciated that! The loft was spacious, and had all the amenities including blankets and board games for when we hung out on the living room. On another note, I may have missed it but this is a 3rd floor loft with lots of stairs. For the healthy children and adults this is absolutely fine, but for older adults who will carry a carry or suite case or larger it will be challenging……

“VRBO did not provide the correct code to get in; the host did not make a significant effort to make sure I had the correct code. My trip was ruined and the host stopped corresponding to rectify the problem/error. Do not stay here.”

Host instructions were excellent.Docking one star due to the earthen bank you need to climb to reach the front door from the parking lot and the fact that the apartment felt 'damp' no matter the temperature. 2 Coffee mugs would have been nice as well...”
