“This property is a hundred miles from the online advertisement. Up arrival we found the weed filled front yard was over grown. The backyard had a falling fence trash and a gate which was secured by a stone.Additionally,the back yard was filled with broken tools and trash.Both interior and exterior have visible signs of recent foundation problems. The most troubling thing was the inability to enter the house due to a faulty smart lock. We notified the third party property MGMT company. They……

“Overall size of house was perfect and the beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Upon arrival we requested an early arrival due to constant rain, at 1st they were willing but later was informed we would need to submit payment via venmo to expedite cleaning crew(no big deal). When we arrived at the house there were old insects(not the clean kind) around entire baseboard in living area along with cobwebs in the corner. Throughout night more started to appear.
